Soul & Body Centered Movement

You will move your body with yoga, kinesiology, and improvisational movement. There will be play!
Movement practices are a combination of yoga asana, meditation, and breathwork, with an emphasis on both inner and outer forms of self-knowledge and expression. While you will feel the practices in your body, there's no power yoga here, folks!

Kate Marolt and Makenna Johnston
Creator of Unbound Living. Founder of Sacred Body Playground
A fierce advocate for squeezing the juice out of life, Kate deeply believes that if your body isn't on board with where you're going, you can only get so far before you stall out.
She works with visionaries, academics, and high level creatives to ground their ideas into their bodies and to heal any trauma, blocks, and pain so that there is no limit on how far they can go.
With several degrees in the arts, along with over 1000 hours of studying human bodies, energy systems, and movement practices, Kate brings a unique blend of art and science to the table as she connects you to the sacred power within your body and yourself.
She will be leading the movement and body nourishment portion of the retreat, and can't wait for you to experience the power in having your body be your partner in this crazy world called life.

A powerhouse of no bull shit positivity, firestartin', and goal bustin' Makenna works with visionary leaders of all stripes to manage life, career, and business transitions. EVERYTHING is a series of linked transitions.
Educated in the academy of Smith College and NYU, she holds a masters in business development. She balances that heady intellectualism with trainings in EFT, Yoga, Integral Theory, and Universal Health Principles. She's a sage, explorer, a craft beer lovin' fool, and a sometimes ski instructor.
She'll be your visionary guide on the retreat.
Your Chef. Chief of Joy. Natural Movement Warrior.
Educated in the fine ways of cooking at the International Culinary Center, Yvonne broke into the culinary scene in the bay area externing at a one-star Michelin restaurant. She's the chef at La Pitchoune, and will be leading cooking classes and responsible for cooking nearly all your meals.
Prior to being a chef, Evie spent 12 years as a member of the US Air Force . An Air Force academy graduate, and Reservist she splits her time cooking, making handmade books, and playing in trees.
